About the Event
The world, now more than ever, needs people to be expanding their heart’s capacity for compassion. With so much happening here on Planet Earth, it’s very easy to lose touch with the Heart Center. We all experience pain in our lives, and the tendency can be to shut down the Heart to avoid the pain – but in doing so, we also lose the ability to experience the happiness, love, and ecstasy that is our birthright as human beings. We are made to be loved, and to give and receive love through our heart. Compassion, kindness, and our caring nature are the three elements that make up the heart center. When these are developed you can easily and consistently access compassion, accept others in a non-judgemental way, and feel joy, happiness, and bliss. The heart is more powerful than 108 suns, and when the heart center is open and balanced the other chakras (energy centers in the body) can more easily and naturally fall into alignment. You then have the opportunity to communicate from this massive and expansive space of love, which allows for more effective relay within all relationship dynamics in your life. This allows for more joy, happiness, and lightheartedness about life to flourish within you. The word ‘emotion’ is broken down into E-Motion, or Energy-in-Motion. We are going to get the energy within your body, and heart center moving and flowing in alignment with your highest good. This fully immersive experience is filled with many different aspects of yoga and meditation, including mantras, mudras (hand positions), breath patterns, and intuitive movement. We will use a combination of many lineages of yoga and meditation, focusing mostly on postures from Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Anyone, new or experienced in yoga can join, and all postures can be modified.

Use the power of mantras and sound current to permeate the electromagnetic field of the heart, helping it soften, as you begin seeing the beauty of the world. Release old patterns that are holding you back from experiencing and giving love. Use meditation and mudras to balance the hemispheres of your brain, allowing you to process and release your past, to experience the full capacity you have for love. Deeply allowing forgiveness (of self and others) to flow over you. Open and relax your heart so you can hear the intuitive whisper of your heart center. Develop and cleanse the subtle body, and expand the radiant body, so you can beam love and compassion into all parts of your life. Work on the neuroplasticity of the brain to rewire and reset the nervous system so you can come into alignment with the natural joys of life. Break free from the chains of your own heart as you soften up to the beauty in the world. Listen to the song of your soul, and the true desires of your heart, to help you give and receive love more freely in all aspects of your life. …and so much more!
