Restorative Yoga and Meditation for Resilience Workshop
Join Jan Saturday July 24th at 10am for a 90 minute workshop that will include relaxing breath work, meditation on the Lotus Flower (a symbol of resilience), and 60 minutes of relaxing rest and renewal through restorative yoga postures. Bring Yoga mat, journal/pen, and a water bottle!
