Join Jan Saturday October 30th at 10:30am for a 60 minute Restorative Yoga class.
Restorative is a form of Yoga that promotes active relaxation using props and holding restful poses for an extended period of time. The body is alternately stimulated and relaxed to find the balance within. Each pose has a purpose to target either a specific area or provide benefit to the whole body.
If you are seeking relief from chronic stress following a major life event, recovering from an illness or injury, or just seek total relaxation this class is for you!
