Raise the Vibrations with DJ Taz

He’s FINALLY back KC! Along with DJ Taz and all of YOU, we are going to “Raise the Vibrations” by contributing our funds, and our energies to the LoveYourBrain Foundation. Join us for an unforgettable evening of Yoga and Dance. This event will be held OUTSIDE in the large green space behind the studio. We've waited so long to get this event back on the books. We hope you'll join us, and invite your friends along!

6-7:30PM Sound Off Yoga Experience led by Amy Black (*this all-levels class will have an upbeat & energetic vibe) Everyone in class wears a pair of wireless headphones, through which your yoga teacher’s cues as well as music are heard at whatever volume you choose. It’s the perfect way to connect more deeply with your personal practice while feeling that same connection to your teacher and the energy in the space around you.

8-9:30PM GLOW Dance Party!!! DJ Taz Rashid Find power, strength, and gratitude through the enjoyment of dance. Sound Off headphones will be used during this dance experience and will allow you to stay centered in a personal yet immersive musical experience. Enjoy the freedom to move and have fun, while releasing tension and stress. A variety of fun glow sticks will be provided, but feel free to get creative and bring your own GLOW!
