Goodbye, Good Girl

Women: it’s time to reclaim your wild.

For centuries, we’ve been told to be quiet, shut our mouths, put ourselves last, people please, and remain the “good girl.” It’s time to end that narrative, together.

This class has been birthed from a collective heart-cry (and request) for women to EXPRESS THEIR ANGER in a safe, protected container. So many of us are stifling this sacred emotion, and our bodies are craving it’s release.

This event with start with a small Blue Lotus tea & cacao ceremony, dropping into deep womb-breathing & guided meditation. This will help us drop out of our mind and into our bodies, calming our nervous systems, and creating safety for your individual expressions. From here, Kristin will guide us into sensual body movement (to a specially channeled playlist) & sacred release of anger. The sensual movement will help us break through the shame held in our hips, helping us to access our sacred anger, and ultimately a deeper love of self.

We will scream. We will stomp. And we will rage. In whatever form of expression that surfaces. And we will do this as a group of sisters, holding space for each other’s expressions. Free of judgement, fully embracing each other in love and community. THIS is how we heal the wounds buried deep within our genes. THIS is how we reclaim our power, our creativity, and our inner truth.
