About the Event

Create a memorable and unique memory for you and your Valentine this year! Eliminate the stress of driving into the city, finding parking and step into an intimate moment in time and be home by 9:00. In this special event both of you will be gently guided through various restorative yoga postures while receiving gentle assisted muscle release.

In Restorative Yoga, poses are passive and enjoyed for an extended period of time.

Thai Massage uses light compressions along the energy lines of the body to cause a flow of energy and the body's own natural healing process.

FAQ: Wondering what to bring or what to wear?

We have everything you’ll need but we highly recommend:

  • Wear comfy clothes: dress like you are going to yoga or spending the day on your sofa.
  • a blanket because when your body relaxes, blood pressure lowers and the body cools down. (or wear layers)
  • Your yoga mat, if you have one
